Colonial Heights to start underage drinking hot line (The Petersburg Progress-Index)
COLONIAL HEIGHTS — Colonial Heights police will set up a phone hot line for the prevention of underage drinking in early 2009. Yesterday, Police Chief Jeff Faries received a $7,500 grant from the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The money will be used to finance the hot line and related projects.
