Hector M. Guzman, 61, of the 1000 block of Linda Lane, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a lane and leaving the scene of an accident following a hit-and-run crash near Chestnut and Evelyn avenues. He was processed and released to an acquaintance.
