Signs Will Serve As Notice Police Are Watching A new West Allis police unit called the P.A.R.T.Y. Patrol will soon start posting signs in places where they suspect underage drinking parties might occur. P.A.R.T.Y. stands for “Promoting Alcohol Reduction Targeting Youth” and aims to stop underage drinking before the first sip. FOX 6’s Bob Moore has the story.
