New York State Trooper Stephen Verostko copied a report of a burglary in progress call at Creek Road Park in the Town of Elma over the Erie County Sheriff’s radio on March 8. He responded and arrested a 17-year-old East Aurora boy and a 17-year-old Marilla boy on charges of third degree burglary and fourth degree criminal mischief. The pair reportedly broke into the concession stand.
