(CHARLOTTE) - Mecklenburg Alcohol Beverage Control officers plan to be at Speed Street this weekend catching underage kids who try to drink. Thursday night we went out with undercover officers as they mingled with the crowds in uptown Charlotte looking for underage drinkers.
